Founded in 2018. It is currently the most comprehensive color management facility in Asia, serving as a practical showcase for brand owners, designers, and printing processes.

We offer a range of professional color services, positioning us as the sole industry service provider covering everything from pre-media and prototype proofing to mass production color management and specialized color workflow processing. Our comprehensive color control services include print processes, color consulting, and guidance for international standard certifications.

Our expert color management team has honed their skills abroad for over a decade. The team comprises internationally certified color management professionals, designers, pre-press specialists, printing and packaging experts, and post-processing specialists. Their extensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience contribute significantly to our success.

In recent years, our team is implementing international-grade color management solutions in Asia. We’ve established and promoted color standardization within the industries, meticulously planning a complete color management process. Additionally, we offer practical courses tailored for brand owners and the entire color supply chain, bridging the gap from one color stage to another.

T-Lab - General Manager | Founder

As the third generation of Tung Ming Printing Ink (TMPI), Jerry Tsuo brings deep industry experience in printing inks, color management, and international standards. His background spans manufacturing, technical consulting, certification, and professional training, with extensive involvement in the printing industry across Taiwan and Greater China. He specializes in color application, process control, and spot color formulation, and is recognized as a Fogra PSO and PSD Expert, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of real-world production requirements.

Through T-Lab, Jerry is committed to translating global best practices and technical knowledge into practical solutions for the printing industry. His work focuses on improving production consistency, strengthening communication between stakeholders, and helping companies address the evolving demands of modern print production. He also contributes to industry publications, sharing practical perspectives drawn from his extensive experience across the field.

Originally from Hong Kong, Stefen specializes in color management, international printing standards, and technical implementation, with a career spanning manufacturing, quality assurance, brand requirements, and consulting. He was among the early professionals in Asia to earn G7, PSA, CMP®, BrandQ, and other internationally recognized certifications and trainer qualifications. As a former Technical Director and Quality Assurance Manager at a printing company, he brings deep expertise in production management, process control, color verification, and quality assurance.

Working across Southeast Asia and Greater China, Stefen collaborates with printers, brands, technology providers, and industry partners to align color requirements with international standards. He bridges technical expertise and business development, translating complex requirements into practical, scalable, and production-ready solutions. His perspective is grounded in the factory floor—not only understanding what a standard requires, but how to make it work consistently in real-world production.
